The Level 3 Electrical Safety Inspector Certificate is an advanced qualification aimed at individuals who already have a foundation in electrical safety and wish to develop higher-level competencies in inspection and compliance. At this level, inspectors are expected to demonstrate not only technical knowledge of electrical systems but also the ability to apply safety regulations, perform risk-based inspections, and guide organizations in maintaining safe electrical practices.
This program focuses on in-depth inspection techniques, advanced fault diagnosis, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and preventive maintenance planning. It equips participants with the skills to evaluate complex electrical installations, identify critical safety issues, and implement corrective measures in accordance with international codes and standards.
Participants will also learn how to apply lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, conduct electrical hazard assessments, inspect grounding and bonding systems, and prepare professional inspection reports. Emphasis is placed on supervisory responsibilities, enabling candidates to oversee inspection teams and ensure workplace safety culture.
By completing this Level 3 certification, professionals will be recognized as competent electrical safety inspectors with the knowledge, skills, and authority to support safe, compliant, and reliable electrical systems across diverse industries such as construction, energy, manufacturing, oil and gas, and facilities management.
